Billie R. Gross is a communications professional whose expertise includes public affairs, strategic communications, foreign and domestic media relations, special event management (including international conferences), community engagement, and social media communications. With almost ten years of federal government experience (contractor and civil service), Billie has been fortunate to work on a number of important global issues such as climate change, global health, international security and nonproliferation, human rights and religious freedom, and global women’s issues.
Billie has a B.S. in psychology from Bowie State University, a M.S. in management with a public relations specialization from the University of Maryland University College and additional training in leadership and career development.
Billie was raised and currently resides in Maryland. She is a die-hard Washington Redskins fan and an eternal Daddy’s girl.
